TX Stock dogs is donating a registered Border Collie to The Legacy Sale and all proceeds go to Martha’s Ranch non profit origination.
The Border Collies will be started on livestock. That training will include both directions, lay down, walk up and a recall. Both parents are high drive register border collies. JG Cedar is a smooth coat red and white female. She has all the grit you could ask for in one. Ghost is a smooth coat black and white male. He is double bred Satus stock dog and is truly one of a kind. He has so much heart and loves what he does every day. Tx stock dogs is a family owned and operated kennel. At TX Stock Dogs we pride ourselves on making strong working dogs that can also fit into any family. We raise andtrain Border Collies and Idaho shag dogs.
Kennady Wagner and Braden Roach are the founders of Tx stock dogs. They have been in the livestock industry for many years and felt they could bring
awareness to how important a stock dog is to an operation. Their stock dogs are next to them all day while working on the ranch. They feel that these two breeds have enough endurance to work along side you all day but can also hangout with you inside once the work day is over.
Martha’s Ranch Foundation was a dream for years. It was made a reality in 2020 by Exponential Founder and mother to twins on the autism spectrum, Kim Bays, alongside her husband Matt Bays. Inspired by the need to foster community, a desire brought to an even greater focus during the covid 2020 lockdowns, Martha’s Ranch aids families impacted with autism by providing a place to take a vacation surrounded by those who understand the unique challenges and joys this brings. It aims to provide resources for research, aid, and the avenue to share experiences to
help enhance the family support structure. Martha’s Ranch continues to grow each day, from lakefront family cabins and event barn to animal interactions. We’d love for you to learn more about our community and ways to get involved.

PAYMENT:
Terms of sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to Huntington Sales. No refunds. Payment for all online purchases is due within 5 business days of sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via credit card with 4% transaction fee as well as 10% of the purchase price or $500 late fee, whichever is greater.
LIABILITY:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. The Longhorn Legacy Group and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss that may occur.
HEALTH TERMS:
All cattle selling will be accompanied with a valid health certificate to be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.
BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
ONLINE BIDDING:
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
TERMS:

POSSESSION:
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
CERTIFICATION:
A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, including calves at side.
HEALTH:
Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing.
GUARANTEE:
Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
NOTICE:
The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, March 17, 2024.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all announcements made from the auction block by the auctioneer, pedigree reader, or seller on each animal that is sold. Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer
