BREEDING: Heifer calf at side sired by Cut’N Dried born 6/13/24. Exposed to KDK
Hercules from 6/13/24 to Sale Date.
COMMENTS: OCV’d Tidy Pack brings a different style of pedigree to the table. She
is sired by TCC Voomerific, better known as THE BEAST, who was one of the hottest
bulls in the industry a few years ago. On the bottom, you bring in one of the Dickinson’s
and the industry’s best cows Jam Packed, and also the dam to Full Pack and Drop
Box. Tidy Pack should be over 90” TTT by sale date with a cool swoop horn set and
a heifer calf at side by Cut’N Dried. She has been re-exposed to KDK Hercules, who
was over 90” TTT before turning three! This pedigree should cross well with any bull you
want to put with her.

Possession
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof.

A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side.

Health
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted.
The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, & Brucellosis.

Guarantee
All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale.
All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees.
The purchaser must look to the seller for the fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
The auctioneer offers no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied with respect to the health, condition, or pedigree of any
animal sold.
Pedigrees
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced, and shall be furnished to the purchaser upon payment.
Announcements
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed material in the sale catalog or any sale advertising.
All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability
By attending this auction, each attendee waives any and all causes of action and assumes all risk of loss.
Post-Auction Procedure
Unsold lots will be dealt with at the discretion of the seller.
The auction house may assist in post-auction negotiations if required.
