BREEDING: Exposed to Jammin Tex from 5/17/24 to 9/1/2024
COMMENTS: OCV’d. This heifer was an extra blessing that came out of the Small Breeder
Program that was put together with Justin Rombeck and Dean Whitlock. A Rebel HR
daughter out of a daughter of Del Charro (90”+) and Pacific Lupin(90”+). Pacific
Lupin has a daughter with Helms Ace that is just under 100” TTT. We have a Jammin
Tex heifer out of her mother in 2024 that is fabulous, as well as the Jammin heifer
out of Pacific Lupin is incredible, and we have TCR Rebel Blessed exposed Jammin
Tex for a 2025 calf. The combination of WS Jamakizm and Cowboy Tuff genetics
needs no introduction with the power of the consistency. Rebel Blessed is going to be
missed but looking forward to seeing the impact she makes in your program.

Possession
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof.

All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted.
The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, & Brucellosis.

Guarantee
All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale.
All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees.
The purchaser must look to the seller for the fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
The auctioneer offers no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied with respect to the health, condition, or pedigree of any
animal sold.
Pedigrees
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced, and shall be furnished to the purchaser upon payment.
Announcements
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed material in the sale catalog or any sale advertising.
All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability
By attending this auction, each attendee waives any and all causes of action and assumes all risk of loss.
Post-Auction Procedure
Unsold lots will be dealt with at the discretion of the seller.
The auction house may assist in post-auction negotiations if required.
