BREEDING: Exposed to Bexar ECR (Awesome Alamo son) from 7/9/24 to 12/1/24.
COMMENTS: OCV’d. Tap Dance is a tall, true black cow with nice total
horn. She is NOT homozygous black, but dominant and a carrier for the
Wild Type gene. She has thrown two beautiful blue roans with our WS
Hydro son and we are keeping her most recent heifer as a replacement.
Tap Dance has always been an easy keeper and good to be around. She
has tipped one side of her horn, but don’t overlook this nice female. She
comes with a Bexar ECR (Awesome Alamo x ECR Truly Noble) black heifer
calf at side. Bexar is a lacey faced black and white speckled hunk! Tap

All cattle sell under the terms and conditions listed in this catalog.
PAYMENT:
Terms of sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to Huntington Sales. No refunds. Payment for all online purchases is due within 5 business days of sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via credit card with 4% transaction fee as well as 10% of the purchase price or $500 late fee, whichever is greater.
LIABILITY:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. The Scissortail Longhorn Partnership LLP and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss that may occur.
HEALTH TERMS:
All cattle selling will be accompanied with a valid health certificate to be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.
BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
ONLINE BIDDING:
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
TERMS:

POSSESSION:
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
CERTIFICATION:
A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, including calves at side.
HEALTH:
Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing. All cattle being sold must have Brucellosis and TB negative test and documentation of such on the health papers.
GUARANTEE:
Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
NOTICE:
The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, June 29, 2025.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all announcements made from the auction block by the auctioneer, pedigree reader, or seller on each animal that is sold. Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer.
