BREEDING INFORMATION: Exposed to HH Never Forget 5/1/2024 to
11/15/2024 then to Silver Leighman from 12/17/2024 to 5/1/2025.
COMMENTS: OCV’d. Her Sire is Heart Breaker, the #1 producer of 100”
TTT females in the breed. Her full sister, Silver California, made 100”
TTT as a three year old. She is the #1 heifer that breeders ask about and
she has not been for sale until now... This is as good of heifer as there
is in the country. Great color, horn direction, and disposition. She has
been exposed back to the bull, HH Never Forget, who has 86” TTT of
downward horn. His dam, RM Pat, is over 90” TTT with the same horn
set as Crystal. If I was looking for the top young female to build my future
foundation around, she would definitely be on the list. Strong possibility
that she will make 100” TTT as she is already mid 70’s TTT and just
a two year old... She is no accident, as her granddam is M Arrow Cha
Ching, 104” TTT and 142” TH... Just an exceptional female.

All cattle sell under the terms and conditions listed in this catalog.
PAYMENT:
Terms of sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the
sale. Checks are made payable to The Glendenning Fiesta Sale. No
refunds. Payment for all online purchases is due within 5 business
days of sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via
credit card with 4% transaction fee as well as 10% of the purchase
price or $500 late fee, whichever is greater.
LIABILITY:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. The
Glendenning Fiesta Sale and anyone else connected with the sale
assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss that
may occur.
HEALTH TERMS:
All cattle selling will be accompanied with a valid health certificate to be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.
BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
ONLINE BIDDING:
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner’s expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

POSSESSION:

HEALTH:
Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing.
GUARANTEE:
Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
NOTICE:
The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, May 4, 2025.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all announcements made from the auction block by the auctioneer, pedigree reader, or seller on each animal that is sold. Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can
save himself many problems and also enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer.
