Bull calf at side born 12/3/24 by HL Higher Ground. Exposed to Easy E from 12/3/24 to 2/28/25.
COMMENTS:
OCV’d. Spring Song BCB is a hard one to
let go of. She has been a fabulous producer with 3 of her
offspring exceeding 60 inches TTT at 24 months . We are
retaining two of her daughters in our herd and Chris Hesse
has one that is high 80s TTT . Her blue roan bull DH Hell
or High Water won his class at the Northern Futurity. She
is a granddaughter to the Bolen’s great Rutledge Miss Dixie
cow. She is easy to work, great milker, easy keeper and a
pleasure to own. She has a herd sire prospect at side and
will be exposed back to the Jimmy Jones bull Easy E

Terms:
Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to the Texoma Spring Sale.
Possession:
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
Bidding:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The consignor may set a reserve bid or bid on the animal themselves.
Bidding Disputes:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
Certification:
A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side. Please provide name, address and the association of your choice when checking out.
Health:
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, Bangs disease within 30 days of the sale date. A health certificate will be furnished.
Guarantee:
All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guaran tees and representations made hereunder.

Pedigrees:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
Announcements:
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed matter in this catalog. All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.

Contract:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
