COMMENTS: OCV’d. Johnes negative. This cow has it all--color, conformation and horn set. She was purchased at the 2018 Legacy Sale for a premium price primarily because we liked the predictability of her maternal pedigree‚ Poco Lady BL, Lady Monika BL and BL Monika 645. The investment paid off. Sittin Pearl was 80” TTT at 4 years and will be approaching 90’’ in the future. Her best attribute is her production. We are keeping 3 replacement heifers by Fifty-Fifty BCB, The Beast and Gold Mine 1. Her last 2 heifers should be over 60’’ TTT at 24 months. She is confirmed bred to TKR Royal T ( TCC Houdini X TKR Royal Tuffette) who has five 90” TTT animals in his pedigree. She has an ultrasound confirmed heifer due June 2022. Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
Bidding Disputes: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
Terms: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to the Longhorn Legacy Group.
Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by until payment is made.
Certification: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, including calves at side.
Health: Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing.
Guarantee: Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual seller and purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
Notice: The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
Pedigrees: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
Announcements: All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
Liability: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Sale management and anyone connected with the sale assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that may occur.
Contract: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, March 22, 2020.
