COMMENTS: OCV’d. Spicey is one of those cows that checks all the boxes. Color,
horn, genetics, and conformation. She is a daughter of Drag Iron, which gives her
the beautiful brindle color and awesome twist. She measures in at 103” TTT and over
112” of TH ranking her in an elite company of horn measurements. She is bred to
the over 99” TTT Cut’N Dried, utilizing the genetic combo of Tuff and Drag Iron that
has been proven to work. A stroll through her progeny will show she is more than
a pretty face, and that she is capable of producing correct and beautiful offspring.

All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted.
The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, & Brucellosis.

Guarantee
All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale.
All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees.
The purchaser must look to the seller for the fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
The auctioneer offers no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied with respect to the health, condition, or pedigree of any
animal sold.
Pedigrees
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced, and shall be furnished to the purchaser upon payment.
Announcements
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed material in the sale catalog or any sale advertising.
All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability
By attending this auction, each attendee waives any and all causes of action and assumes all risk of loss.
Post-Auction Procedure
Unsold lots will be dealt with at the discretion of the seller.
The auction house may assist in post-auction negotiations if required.
