COMMENTS:Where do we want to go here, funny? You’ll wear the tires off a new truck
trying to find one as good as her. What about serious? Seriously, this heifer is so well
put together in every facet. She’s got color, she’s got pedigree, she’s got horn set, she’s
got production. She’s sired by a Fifty-Fifty BCB son who’s out of a Jimmy Jones bred
female line and out of a full sister to JP Rio Catchit, the female magic behind Cowboy
Tuff Chex and Cowboy Catchit Chex. This year Sadie measured over 77” TTT just after her
4th birthday. She’s bred to Game Changer 004, our M.C. Hangin’ Tuff son who measured
87” TTT just after his 3rd birthday with over 9” broken off. We’re retaining her 53”TTT
18-month-old heifer, who should be in the mid 60” TTT at 24 months old. If you’re looking

Payment for all online purchases are due immediately after the sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via credit card with 4% transaction fee as well as 10% of the purchase price or $500 late fee, whichever is greater.

BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.

constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is
organized and funded at the owner's expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and
his decision on such matters shall be final.

GUARANTEE:
Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor
and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the
purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
NOTICE:
The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all

PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the
animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take
precedence over information printed in the catalog.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract
between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may
be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by 11 a.m.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully
to all announcements made from the auction block by the
auctioneer, pedigree reader, or seller on each animal that is sold.
Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the
breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It
is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations
for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By
doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also
enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer
