Comments: OCV’d. Rosy Cheeks is a thick-bodied Cowboy Tuff Chex daughter
with some beautiful lateral twisting horns. On bottom she is out of the Dickinson
cow, The Ace of Roses. She brings in the bull, Temptation’s The Ace, who is also
the sire of Tempter & Helm’s Ace. With Cowboy Tuff Chex on top bringing in
JP Rio Grande, BL Rio Catchit, and Cowboy Chex, this cow will give you some
top-tier genetics. In addition, she is a super easy keeper and maintains her weight
even while raising her calf. She is exposed to our G & G Longhorns partnership
bull, Night Life BCB, and should calve around sale date. His brindle color and
great genetic pedigree should cross with Rosy Cheeks for an outstanding calf.

Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The consignor may set a reserve bid.
Bidding Disputes: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision
on such matters shall be final.
Terms: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are
made payable to the Hudson-Valentine Sale.
Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
Certification: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser
on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side. Please provide name, address and the association of your choice when checking out.
Health: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle
have been tested for tuberculosis, Bangs disease and Johnes within 30 days of the sale date. A
health certificate will be furnished.
Guarantee: All breeders guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.

Pedigrees: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
Announcements: Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printer matter
in this catalog. All cattle will be sold by lot numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability: All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. Hudson Nor Valentine (Texas
Longhorn Enterprises) nor their representatives nor Blue Grass Stockyards nor Dan Huntington
nor anyone else connected with the sale assumes liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss of life that may occur.
Contract: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and
seller of each animal sold.
Purchaser’s Risk: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as it is sold, but will
not be delivered until a settlement is made
