BREEDING: Bull calf at side born 9/11/2022, sired by Hello Darlin’. Exposed
to Covid 20 from 9/11/2022 to sale date.
COMMENTS: OCV’d. A possible 3-in-1, Ring Of Joy BCB is by the great
bull, Ringman BCB, and a twisty Butler female, Ultimate Joy. She inherited
the great twist and is passing it on to her offspring. She’s built correctly, has
a correct udder and a great disposition. We have successfully shown her
offspring in both the halter ring and futurity ring. We’re retaining her 2019
famous heifer, 2NR Drinks On Me, as her replacement, but you’ll get to take
home a colorful bull calf out of the 90” TTT star bull, Hello Darlin’! Her
breeding status and TTT update to be announced on sale date.

BIDDING
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder, with reserve.
BIDDING DISPUTES
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
TERMS
Terms of the sale are cash, check or credit card to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are to be made payable to Huntington Sales LLC.
POSSESSION
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
CERTIFICATION
A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side, unregistered steers, and calves selling separately from the dam. Applications for registration will be provided for calves selling separately.
HEALTH
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment, except as otherwise noted. Unless otherwise noted, the cattle have been tested for tuberculosis and brucellosis within 30 days of sale date. A health certificate will be furnished to purchaser at time of settlement.
GUARANTEE
Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantees.
NOTICE
The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder. Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as it is sold.
PEDIGREES
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals sold from the auction block.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
All announcements from the auction block shall take precedence over information printed in this catalog. All cattle will be sold by lot numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
LIABILITY
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Texas Longhorn Breeders Gulf Coast Association and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss of life that may occur.
CONTRACT
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle will be loaded until after the sale. All cattle must be out by Sunday noon.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all announcements made from the auction block by the auctioneer, pedigree reader or seller on each animal that is sold. Buyers should also acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeding status, fertility and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can help prevent potential issues.
PURCHASER’S RISK
Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as it is sold, but will not be delivered until a settlement is made.
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense.
