BREEDING: Bred to 6CR Pacific Debut exposed from 12/01/23 to 3/1/24.
COMMENTS: OCV’d. RC Misty Jewel is an extremely stout female who comes from
two incredible families in this breed. She will be in the mid to upper 80s at sale time
and should be well into her 90s by 5 years of age. LaPoint Longhorns have a sister sired
by CW that is over 98” TTT. Cowboy Tuff is more than just a huge horned bull. Look at
the consistency in his production. He has several more daughters that will go into
the 90’s and 100’s TTT. We have her safe in calf to 6CR Pacific Debut, a son of Pacific
Cowboy 40 (100s), and out of our HCL Texas Debut (in this sale), who is over 95” TTT.

Possession
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof.

All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted.
The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, & Brucellosis.

Guarantee
All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale.
All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees.
The purchaser must look to the seller for the fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
The auctioneer offers no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied with respect to the health, condition, or pedigree of any
animal sold.
Pedigrees
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced, and shall be furnished to the purchaser upon payment.
Announcements
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed material in the sale catalog or any sale advertising.
All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability
By attending this auction, each attendee waives any and all causes of action and assumes all risk of loss.
Post-Auction Procedure
Unsold lots will be dealt with at the discretion of the seller.
