before 3 years of age, and a son of Eagle Texa. N8ive Charlie Horse is a partnership
with Toler Longhorns, and his offspring are showing no holes in their size and
correctness. Charlie’s dam is N8ive Dreamz and out of Native Beauty a $210,000 cow.

All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale.
All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees.
The purchaser must look to the seller for the fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.

Pedigrees
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced, and shall be furnished to the purchaser upon payment.
Announcements
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed material in the sale catalog or any sale advertising.
All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability
By attending this auction, each attendee waives any and all causes of action and assumes all risk of loss.

Unsold lots will be dealt with at the discretion of the seller.
