BREEDING: Exposed to BR Jungle Jim from 9/1/23 to 4/15/24.
COMMENTS: OCV’d. Miss Romantic CDC is a very feminine heifer that is sired by
Hubbells Roman 7 and has put a massive amount of horn on his offspring with a
beautiful brindle color. 20 Gauge has done incredible things over Catchit daughters. On
the maternal side, you will find Cowboy Tuff Chex over a Rio daughter who has been a
fantastic producer for us and goes back to Phenomenal Fancy Ann who has line raised
several 90” females when that was unheard of. We have her exposed to BR Jungle Jim
for a fall 2024 calf.

Possession

All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted.
The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, & Brucellosis.

Guarantee
All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale.
All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees.
The purchaser must look to the seller for the fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
The auctioneer offers no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied with respect to the health, condition, or pedigree of any
animal sold.
Pedigrees
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced, and shall be furnished to the purchaser upon payment.
Announcements
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed material in the sale catalog or any sale advertising.
All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability
By attending this auction, each attendee waives any and all causes of action and assumes all risk of loss.

Unsold lots will be dealt with at the discretion of the seller.
