L brand. Her sire LLL Matt Dillon is a paternal half-brother to RM Miss Kitty and
a maternal half-brother to LLL Lucky. Now that we have your attention you will also
find the 90+” TTT Rio Diego a son of JP Rio Grande and the great producing Barsubas
Black Velvet. Her dam is over 90” TTT and a daughter of ECR Eternal Tari who has 2
daughters over 100” TTT with 3 more over 90 TTT. We have her bred to Cut’N Dried
to add size and capacity to this already 87.0625” TTT and 1170 lb female.

Possession

All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted.
The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, & Brucellosis.

Guarantee
All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale.
All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees.
The purchaser must look to the seller for the fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
The auctioneer offers no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied with respect to the health, condition, or pedigree of any
animal sold.
Pedigrees
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced, and shall be furnished to the purchaser upon payment.
Announcements
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed material in the sale catalog or any sale advertising.
All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability
By attending this auction, each attendee waives any and all causes of action and assumes all risk of loss.

Unsold lots will be dealt with at the discretion of the seller.
