BREEDING INFORMATION: Bull calf at side born 5/22/2023, sired by
WS Cochise. Exposed to WS Demolition 5/22/2023 to sale date.
COMMENTS: This young cow milks great and takes good care of her
1st calf. She comes from a line of strong milkers on both sides. Her sire,
Rowdy HR, was the 2x Ultimate Bull and her dam was over 80” TTT as a
5-year-old. Her full sister, DH Rowdy Butterscotch, sold at the Legends
Sale for $12500. This cow brings in greats like Bushwacker Chex and DH
Sunshine, who’s been a great producer, having multiple daughters in the
80” TTT range. Her grandmother, BL Sun Flower 765, was 85” TTT. This is a
family of consistent producers who raise nice calves and bring in lots of
color. Her calf is out of WS Cochise, who brings in some greats from the
Widespread Ranch herd, like his dam, WS Trifecta, and WS Vindicator, to
name a few. She’s bred back to another outstanding bull, WS Demolition,
who’s going to be well into 80” TTT by three years old. He brings in some

BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.

Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

POSSESSION:

HEALTH:
Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing.
GUARANTEE:
Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
NOTICE:
The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, October 21, 2023.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all announcements made from the auction block by the auctioneer, pedigree reader, or seller on each animal that is sold. Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer
