Gin Fizz is a beautiful tri-color heifer bred by John Randolph and out of Black Kettle (by Sittin Bull by HCR). She has 60" TTT and 79" total horn at a young age. She's one of the prettiest cows in our pasture and a good producer.

All cattle can be picked up at Steve Long's Ranch immediately following the sale.
Steve's ranch is located at 17019 County Road 706, Pike, Texas 75452. It is
located about 20 miles north of McKinney, Texas.
In addition, the sellers will deliver cattle within approximately a 50 mile radius of Steve
Long's Ranch for a flat rate of $100.00 regardless of the number of animals purchased.
For all other cattle, the sellers will help buyers arrange transportation with known haulers.

Terms of sale are cash or check at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made

LIABILITY:
All persons bidding at The North Central Texas Longhorn Dispersal Sale and
anyone else connected to the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for
any accident or loss that may occur.
HEALTH TERMS:
All cattle selling will be accompanied with a valid health certificate.
BIDDING:
If reserves are met, each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. About 25% of the animals in this sale have reserves.
POSSESSION:
Cattle will be available immediately at the conclusion of the sale. It will be the
sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be
obtained until payment is made. All cattle should be removed from Steve Long's
Ranch located at 17019 County Road 706, Pike, Texas 75452 within 7 days
following the sale. Steve's ranch is located about 20 miles north of McKinney, Texas.

CERTIFICATION:
A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on
each lot of the sale.
HEALTH:
Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing.
PEDIGREES:
The sellers have furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals being
sold. All the information provided on the animals in this sell is accurate to the
to the best of the knowledge of the sellers.
GUARANTEE
All cattle are guaranteed to the satisfaction of the buyer and can be returned to
the seller with 14 days from the closing date of the sale.
