Comments: We are proud to offer this gorgeous, smooth, clean, feminine heifer for our very first East Coast Longhorn Classic consignment. KDK Valiant’s Minerva pedigree includes a multitude of elite cattle on both her sire and dam’s side, including 89” TTT Drag Iron, 90” TTT RII Lady in Red (who sold for 30K), 86” TTT CV Cowboy Casanova (who sold for 100K), and top producer 89” TTT Wiregrass Laura. Minerva measured a stellar 55” TTT at just over 21 months, with tips rolling over for the start of a nice twist. To top it off, she sells exposed to KDK Fireball, out of RRR Miss Hot Stuff (89” TTT with lots of twist) and the big Parker Brown mid 80s bull JH Monika’s Sun. TERMS
Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to The East Coast Longhorn Classic
POSSESSION
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but pos- session cannot be obtained until payment is made.
BIDDING
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The consignor may set a reserve bid or bid on the animal themselves.
BIDDING DISPUTES
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
CERTIFICATION
A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side. Please provide name, address and the association of your choice when checking out.
HEALTH
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, Bangs disease within 30 days of the sale date. A health certificate will be furnished.
GUARANTEE
All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
PEDIGREES
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed matter in this catalog. All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
LIABILITY
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. The East Coast Longhorn Classic and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss of life that may occur.
CONTRACT
The above terms and guarantees shall consti- tute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
