COMMENTS: OVC’d. JMR DIAMOND DIVA III is an outstanding two-year-old with a great future! She is out of RR CRISTAL DUST x RR RANCH DIVA with outstanding breeding top and bottom. Her sire, RR CRISTAL DUST, has top genetics with RR Sweet Brindle Dust x PPF MIMOSA, going back to SWEET CHEX 783, and PPF GUNMAKER. RR CRISTAL DUST is out of Rick Frederick’s program. We measured RR CRISTAL DUST in April 2020, at 85” TTT with 18” on his base. JMR DIAMOND DIVA measures 57” TTT with 14” on her base. Looking at JMR DIAMOND DIVA III’s dam also has top genetics with SAM CHEX 708 x RR TOP CALIBER’S TIARA. SAM CHEX 708 is recognizable as the 3X HSC CHAMP in 2017, 2018, 2019-DAUNTLESS LONGHORNS! JMR DIAMOND DIVA III is exposed to 7-11 MAKIN MAGIC out of HUNTS DEMAND RESPECT x 7-11 MILERS MAGIC. We measured 7-11 MAKIN MAGIC at 79” TTT with 16 1/2” base in April 2020. BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
BIDDING DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are to be made payable to Bruce McCarty Promotions.
POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by buyer until payment is made.
CERTIFICATIONS: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side. Please provide name, address and teh associations of your choice when checking out.
HEALTH: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, Bangs disease within 30 days of the sale date. A health certificate will be furnished.
GUARANTEE: All breeders guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
