COMMENTS: OCV’d. JJ Ocean Franci is the product of the matriarch of our highly successful Franci line, RRR Miss Franci Z (88+’TTT), by proven herdsire RC Tsunami 2 (88+”TTT). Miss Franci has produced a line for us that includes a 92+” 4 year old, an 85+” 6 year old and a 62+” 2 year old half sister to Ocean Franci. In addition, Tsunami brings in Concealed Weapon as well as RC Pacific Mermaid. JJ Ocean Franci is a large bodied heifer much like her dam while also bringing a child friendly demeanor. She has been exposed to our junior herdsire, PCC Double Agent (Gold Mine 1 x PCC Double Delight) for a summer ‘22 calf. Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
Bidding Disputes: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
Terms: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to the Longhorn Legacy Group.
Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by until payment is made.
Certification: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, including calves at side.
Health: Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing.
Guarantee: Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual seller and purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
Notice: The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
Pedigrees: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
Announcements: All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
Liability: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Sale management and anyone connected with the sale assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that may occur.
Contract: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, March 22, 2020.
