BREEDING INFORMATION: Exposed to Hubbells Butch Cassidy
from 6/25/2023 to 10/1/2023 and HL Higher Ground from
12/9/2023 to 3/1/2024.
COMMENTS: OCV’d. Everyone that comes to the ranch always
points this female out. Her huge and rare swoop horn set sports
90.18” TTT and there’s no telling how much total horn she has.
Hubbells Super Nice is very easy to work, she also has never
been IVF’d or flushed. Her 2018 heifer was one of the high selling
heifers at the 2019 Legacy Sale. She has a stacked pedigree of
greats and will sell bred to Hubbell’s Butch Cassidy. We leased
this awesome sire from Silver T Ranch last year. This bull brings in
Cowboy Catchit Chex, the 100” TTT BL Rio Catchit, the 90”+ TTT
Hubbell Rioana Van Horn and the 90”+ TTT Texana Van Horne.

PAYMENT:
Terms of sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to Huntington Sales. No refunds. Payment for all online purchases is due within 5 business days of sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via credit card with 4% transaction fee as well as 10% of the purchase price or $500 late fee, whichever is greater.
LIABILITY:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. The Longhorn Legacy Group and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss that may occur.
HEALTH TERMS:
All cattle selling will be accompanied with a valid health certificate to be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.
BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
ONLINE BIDDING:
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

POSSESSION:
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.

Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing.
GUARANTEE:
Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
NOTICE:
The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, March 17, 2024.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all announcements made from the auction block by the auctioneer, pedigree reader, or seller on each animal that is sold. Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence.
