401K x HORSESHOE J I'M A CUTIE
UPDATED BREEDING: AI’d to M.C. Hangin Tuff January 2023 (heifer sexed) and Exposed to Game Changer 044 January-February 2023. CONFIRMED BRED!
COMMENTS: OCV’d. Horseshoe J NS is a cow that helped
build our breeding program. She’s the best of both twist and TTT,
measuring 85 1/2” TTT in September. She was bred by the renown
Jimmy Jones and her dam and granddam now reside with us. These
females pass along gorgeous twisty horn, big correct bodies with
lots of color and the maternal ability to raise outstanding calves. In
terms of pedigree, she has the perfect foundation! Her granddam,
Horseshoe J Feat, goes back to Peacemaker and JS Overdrive and
her dam, Horseshoe J I’m A Cutie, adds Cowboy Catchit Chex. Her
sire, 401K, brings Drag Iron and Horseshoe J Important to wrap up
this genetically power packed cow! She is BVD, Johnes, brucellosis
and TB negative and has DNA on file with TLBAA. Her first heifer
sold at the 2021 Deep in the Heart of Texas Longhorn sale and
was the highest selling lot. We’ve retained two of her heifers as her
replacements. Here’s your chance to own a “Legacy.”
