BREEDING INFORMATION: Confirmed 4 months bred on 12/15/2023 to
LBR Thunderstruck via ultrasound with a heifer calf.
COMMENTS: OCV’d. This one hurts to let go of. HL Lizzie Ann has been a
staple of my breeding program and the direction I’ve been wanting to go
ever since she stepped foot on my place. What’s not to love with her $100k
sire, WS Vindicator, throwing in Tejas Star, WS Sun Star and WS Jamakizm,
which is just the top side. On the bottom we are going back to RHF Sharp
Shooter, who produced TCC Houdini, who would’ve been 100” TTT if not for
his untimely passing. She has an incredible twist that has already rolled over
once, which at just 3.5 years old is a feat in itself. With her genetics being a
complete outcross to anything Rio, Tuff, Fifty-Fifty, she’s truly a foundation
animal that’s bred to outproduce herself with every bull she’s with. I have
her bred to LBR Thunderstruck, who’s a monster grandson to Rebel HR and
BL Swahili. who is one of the best producers on Loomis’s Ranch.

PAYMENT:
Terms of sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to The Glendenning Fiesta Sale. No
refunds. Payment for all online purchases is due within 5 business days of sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via credit card with 4% transaction fee as well as 10% of the purchase price or $500 late fee, whichever is greater.
LIABILITY:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. The Glendenning Fiesta Sale and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss that may occur.
HEALTH TERMS:
All cattle selling will be accompanied with a valid health certificate to be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.
BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
ONLINE BIDDING:
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner’s expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

POSSESSION:

GUARANTEE:
Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser
free and carry no guarantee.
NOTICE:
The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, May 6, 2024.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all announcements made from the auction block by the auctioneer,
pedigree reader, or seller on each animal that is sold. Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status,
fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer.
