COMMENTS: OCV’d. HH Pono’s Cadillac is a product of our
10 year focused breeding program to produce longhorn
heifers who should achieve a measurement of at least 80”
TTT. We own her parents and three of the four grandparents.
Her sire, the young HH Cadillac Jack, will be a force to be
reckoned with. His parents are The Edge of RM (a product
of the Glendenning’s RM Rose of Sebastian x Drag Iron) and
RM Cadillac Grande 841, our triple twist 90” TTT cow. Here
are some pedigree names to admire: JP Rio Grande, Shadow
Jubilee, HH Samurai and RM High Hopes. Plus, Drag Iron top
and bottom, Rose of Sebastian, Cadillac Cowgirl, HH Samurai,
3S Danica and Aussie’s Rose EOT.

BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve. All bids are final. No Refunds.

BIDDING DISPUTES:

POSSESSION:
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
CERTIFICATION:
A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, including calves at side.
HEALTH:
Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing.
GUARANTEE:
Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual seller and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
NOTICE:
The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded until after payment is made.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prospective buyers or bidders should look carefully at all comments for each lot. Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer.
