BREEDING: Heifer calf at side born 5/14/2024, sired by DCR Romans Jest. Exposed
back to DCR Romans Jest until sale date.
COMMENTS: This is a beautiful brindle cow that has had knockout heifers back
to back. She’s a genetic goldmine out of the great Cut’N Dried (99.25” TTT) who
brings in Cowboy Tuff Chex (106.75” TTT) and Dragon Pearl (a Drag Iron daughter).
On her bottom side, her dam’s out of the twist futurity leader, Tempter. H-Two-O
Cut N Zee is an easy keeper who keeps her figure year around, even with a calf at
side. Speaking of calves, she has a speckled HEIFER baby at side out of our multiple
futurity champion, DCR Romans Jest, who brings in Hubbells Roman 7 (91” TTT) and
Pacific Jester (86” TTT and 106” TH). She’ll be exposed back the same way for a 3-in-1
package. She’s a front pasture cow with the pedigree to change your program.

Payment for all online purchases are due immediately after the sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via credit card with 4% transaction fee as well as 10% of the purchase price or $500 late fee, whichever is greater.

BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.

constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is
organized and funded at the owner's expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and

purchaser free and carry no guarantee.

PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the
animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take
precedence over information printed in the catalog.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract
between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may
be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by 11 a.m.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully
to all announcements made from the auction block by the
auctioneer, pedigree reader, or seller on each animal that is sold.
Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the
breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It
is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations
for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By
doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also
enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer
