Winning bidders are responsible to take receipt of animals within 25 days of sale (month of July 2026). Paypal, Venmo, and checks are suitable forms of payment, payment for purchases is due within 5 business days of sale. Sellers will assist with coordination of haulers, though hauling is to be organized and funded at the buyer's expense. Local transportation may be provided, at reasonable cost, by seller. Receipt of cows and payment of shipping is the responsibility of purchaser. No animals will be released until seller is satisfied with payment. Hauler contact information will be provided later.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All cattle sell under these terms and conditions.
PAYMENT: Terms of sale are cash, check, PayPal or Venmo. Checks are to be made payable to: Kim Nikodym. Payment for all online purchases is due within 5 business days of sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via credit card with 4% transaction fee as well as 10% of the purchase price or $500 late fee, whichever is greater.
HEALTH TERMS: All cattle selling will be accompanied with a valid health certificate to be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.
BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder, some lots have reserve prices.
ONLINE BIDDING: Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the buyer's expense.
POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
CERTIFICATION: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale.
HEALTH: Bidders should consider individual state requirement before purchasing. Oklahoma is a TB free state.
PEDIGREES: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
