COMMENTS: OCV’d and Johne’s tested negative. Great young cow bred by Mark Gilliland. We owned her sire with Mark for a few years and he has done well for us and the breed. His full brother is JH Rurally Screwed and full sisters are BL Lady Grate and BL Rio Monica. One of the most consistent families in the breed. Her dam is a Top Caliber daughter that is a great producer and a half sister to M Arrow Cha-Ching, and then going back to Day’s Feisty Fanny. We have her exposed to RJF Lock & Load a Cowboy Tuff Chex son from M Arrow Cha-Ching to line bred Top Caliber. The calf in her belly could change the breed. BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
BIDDING DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are to be made payable to Bruce McCarty Promotions.
POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by buyer until payment is made.
CERTIFICATIONS: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side. Please provide name, address and teh associations of your choice when checking out.
HEALTH: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, Bangs disease within 30 days of the sale date. A health certificate will be furnished.
GUARANTEE: All breeders guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
