BACKFIRED LOVE LV x TEXANA SUNRISE LV
Comments: He should make an awesome HERD SIRE as he
has it all, great beefy conformation, clean lines, balance,
unique blond brindle color, and a tremendous amount of
horn for his age. He just turned two and already measures
over 70" ttt. We checked results of the HSC and realize we
should have entered him in it as he would have won is class.
He has the great disposition, size and body of his grand sire
RR TEQUILA SUNRISE (11 HSC CHAMPIONSHIPS). He gets his
lower horn from BACKFIRED LOVE LV(who is over 91" ttt), also
long lateral horn of RR TEQUILA SUNRISE. All three of these
bulls carry the brindle gene. He has not only HORN but great
conformation, size, balance, and color to offer as a herd sire.
We bred him to our young heifers in 2024. They are vet
checked confirmed bred to him. So we know he can get the
job done.

Health: Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing. Breeder
guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at
side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
Notice: The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations
made hereunder.
Pedigrees: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
Announcements: All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over
information printed in the catalog.
Contract: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller
of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon
Sunday July 15, 2024.
Buyer Responsibility: Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all
announcements made from the auction block by the auctioneer, pedigree reader, or seller on each
animal that is sold. Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status,
fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of
health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer
can save himself many problems and enable him or herself to be more competent and qualified
buyer.
Payment: Terms of sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are
made payable to Huntington Sales.
Liability: All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. The Mike & Linda Metcalfe
Dispersal Sale, nor their representatives, and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no
liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss that may occur.
Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. All sales are final. No refunds.
Bidding Disputes: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on
such matters shall be final.
Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the
buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
Certification: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each
lot in the sale, including calves at side.
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense. If payment is made by credit card there is a 4% transaction fee.
