Accepted Payment Methods:
• Bidders are required to register and go through their verification process. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder.
• The Auctioneer will settle any disputes. Each adult animal is registered.
• All animals are eligible for interstate shipment and interstate health papers will be furnished for animals over six months of age.
• Animals will be TB, Bangs and Johne’s tested within 30 days of the sale.
• Any changes in the information online will be announced from the auction box prior to the sale and such announcements will take precedence.
• Females confirmed bred or with a calf at side are considered to be breeders without further guarantee.
• Bulls will be fertility tested.
• Immediately after the animal is sold, it is a sole risk and responsibility of the buyer to take possession which cannot be made until payment is made animals must be picked up within 7 days of the sale (November 26, 2026 - Please contact Wilkes County Stockyard at (706) 678-2632 or Brent Erwin at (706) 296-5122. Payment must be made before pick up by check, Venmo or ACH transfer.
• Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense. If payment is made by credit card there is a 4% transaction fee.
