BREEDING INFORMATION: Exposed to EV Chisholm Touchdown from 9/15/20 to Sale.
COMMENTS: This is one of the most impressive all around cows you’ll ever see. She has a monster frame and fills out every inch of it and passes that along to her offspring with her milking ability. Her full brother, Viper Dragon, was a multiple futurity and Futurity Grand Champion winner. She measured 83” TTT back in the summer of 2020. She’s been exposed to EV Chisholm Touchdown, a son of Chisholm by Boomerang and out of RM Tari’s Touchdown going back to Touchdown of RM, Delta Tari, and Tari Graves. Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
Bidding Disputes: The auctioneer in charge will settle any
disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
Terms: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to the Longhorn Legacy Group.
Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by until payment is made.
Certification: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, including calves at side.
Health: Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing.
Guarantee: Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual seller and purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
Notice: The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
Pedigrees: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
Announcements: All announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
Liability: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Sale management and anyone connected with the sale assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that may occur.
Contract: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, March 22, 2020.
