This hunt is for one or two hunters and includes 2 axis doe. Hunt will take place in Sonora, TX, at Turkey Creek Ranch. The ranch is located on the western edge of the Texas Hill Country just a few miles southeast of Senora. The high bidder will meet at the ranch during a mutually agreed date in 2017. This is a management hunt for axis does only. The ranch is loaded with wildlife and accommodations are first class. Your hunt will be guided to make sure you have a successful experience. Inquire at the ranch if you are interested in upgrading this hunt to include a Trophy Axis buck hunt. Talk to your guide for the details and additional costs. Axis deer is a healthy and desirable organic protein source. Bring your rifle, hunting license, and bullets, accommodations and meals for 2 days will be provided. Transportation to the ranch is not provided. Donated by Bow Carpenter and Turkey Creek Ranch.

1.BIDDING: Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve. All buyers must be registered with a buyer number. All bidders must be 18 years of age with proper identification.
2.BIDDING DISPUTES: The Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes during the sale as to bids, and his decisions shall be final. Any changes during the sale will be announced from the sale block.
3.TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check. Checks are to be made payable to: Lemley Auction Services.
4.POSSESSION: Immediately after lot is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by buyer until payment is made.
5.TRANSFERS OF TITLE: On sale animals, Texas State Health Requirements should be considered by bidders before purchasing. All animals will be transferred to registry of their choice, but must be indicated at time of check out.
6.GUARANTEE: Guarantees are strictly between individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale.
7.NOTICE: The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and rep- resentation made hereunder and not that of Lemley Auction Services or auction staff.
8.REPRESENTATION: The Auctioneer is acting as an agent of the seller and all represen- tations made by the Auctioneer are made on behalf of the seller. The Auctioneer is not re- sponsible for the acts or representation of the seller. Any action or recourse will be directed to the seller and not to the Auctioneer.
9.ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements from the auction block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
10.LIABILITY: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Sale manager and anyone connected with the sale assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that may occur.
11.CONTRACT: At the drop of the hammer the above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each lot sold.
12.TRANSPORTATION: Delivery of purchased lot at buyer’s expense can be arranged by seller.
13.OFFICIAL PAPER WORK: Official load out paper work will be submitted to the buyer when payment is received. All official paper work for Scratched lots and Pull Outs will not be handed out on sale day. Paper work will be mailed after sale day. No animal can leave the sale facility until a load out sheet is signed by a member of auction staff.
