All bidding will be done online through Hired Hand.
Bidders are required to register and go through their verification process. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder.
The Auctioneer will settle any disputes. Each adult animal is registered.
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment and interstate health papers will be furnished for animals over six months of age.
Any changes in the information online will be announced from the auction box prior to the sale and such announcements will take precedence.
Females confirmed bred or with a calf at side are considered to be breeders without further guarantee.
Immediately after the animal is sold, it is a sole risk and responsibility of the buyer to take possession which cannot be made until payment is made animals must be picked up within 10 days of the sale. Payment must be made before pick up by check, Venmo or ACH transfer.
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense. If payment is made by credit card there is a 4% transaction fee.
