COMMENTS: OCV’d. We are always looking for a great foundation cow to bring into our herd. We found this one bred by Dale Hunt. He knows how to put genetics together to make great cows. Conformation, color, horn, and milk ability - DH Temptress fits in all the categories. Plus, she is a sweet cow who loves treats! We have got our eye on her 2019 Ringman BCB bull calf for all those genetics. She sells bred to Pearl Snap BCB sired by the great Bandera Chex out of super producer Wulfco Shadow Dancer. Pearl Snap is the sire of many futurity winning offspring. DH Temptress’ calves are eligible for all the futurities including the Millennium Futurity!

BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
BIDDING DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are to be made payable to Bruce McCarty Promotions.
POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by buyer until payment is made.
CERTIFICATIONS: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side. Please provide name, address and teh associations of your choice when checking out.
HEALTH: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, Bangs disease within 30 days of the sale date. A health certificate will be furnished.
GUARANTEE: All breeders guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.

PEDIGREES: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigree of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements from the auction block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog. All cattle will be sold by lot numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
