OCV. This is a very difficult decision but we wanted to highlight some of
the top genetics in the industry and make it happen where it all started, at the Fort Worth
Sale. We are offering buyers choice of 2 embryo heifer calves from the mating of the top
outcross bull in the industry, Texaco 90” and his dam over 101.25”) and the super impressive HL Head Over Heels that sold right here in 2023 for $360,000. This will be the only time an offering of these genetics will ever be available. Texaco has been an ultra consistent top herd sire for us and has been producing futurity winning females packed with horn, color and amazing conformation. The maternal power of this mating is highlighted by greats such as WS Sun Star, Horseshoe J Important, Horseshoe J Example, Texappeal, Texana Horn Up, HL Tuff Stardom and HL Head Over Heels. HOH (96.625” at 5.5 years) has never been beat in 12 futurities. Her first daughter, HL Uptown Girl (85” at 37 months) was voted the Ultimate Cow at the 2024 Horn Showcase. Bidding:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The consignor may set a reserve bid.
Bidding Disputes:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on
such matters shall be final.
Terms:
Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to the Hudson Longhorn Sales.
Possession:
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
Certification: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side. Please provide name, address and the association of your choice when checking out.
Health:
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, bangs disease and Johnes within 30 days of the sale date. A health certificate will be furnished.
Guarantee:
All breeders guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.

Pedigrees:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
Announcements:
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed matter in
this catalog. All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. Hudson Longhorns, (Hudson Longhorn Sales) nor their representatives, nor River Ranch Stockyards, nor Dan Huntington Sales and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss of life that may occur.
Contract:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
Purchaser’s Risk:
Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as it is sold, but will not
be delivered until a settlement is made.
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense. If payment is made by credit card there is a 4% transaction fee.
