All sales are final, sold to the highest bidder at the end of the auction.
Buyers:
Buyers are required to remit payment within 10 days of receiving their invoice and prior to taking possession of their purchase.
Buyers are responsible for pick up and transportation of their purchase.
Sellers:
Sellers are responsible for current health certificates and brand release (when needed) for transportation of cattle they sell.
Sellers are responsible for ownership transfer of registered cattle to the new owner.
The sale management will receive all payment for cattle sold in the sale and will be responsible for sending proceeds on to sellers.
Any remaining consignment fees to be paid will be deducted from the sellers proceeds prior to distribution of funds.
Rocky Mountain Select and Hired Hand Live will not be held responsible for the health or transportation of sale consignments.
