Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder, seeing as any reserve is met.
All animals will be shipped from Corydon, IN.
Payment method by check or via PayPal (a 3% fee will be added if Paypal is utilized). All invoices must be paid within 7 business days.
Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession of the animal cannot be obtained until full payment is received.
Registration and transfer papers will be mailed to the buyer's address that is provided when registering to bid; if you prefer a different address to be utilized, please send an email to ehudson18@gmail.com immediately after close of the auction. Providing a correct address will be the buyer's responsibility.
Interstate health papers will be furnished by an accredited veterinarian.
All animals sold are guaranteed as represented.
Hudson Longhorns assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that may occur.
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
