The Robert and Sandra Smith, Marshal Ranch Online Sale and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss that may occur.
BREEDING GUARANTEE: Breeder does not guarantee pregnancy of cattle, but all were exposed from July to the end of October to MR CATCH "EM ALIVE JACK.
HEALTH: Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing. Bidders who need health papers or any other testing will be responsible for payment. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.
ONLINE BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve. Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the buyers expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
TERMS:
Checks are payable to Robert and Sandra Smith and sent to 6644 W. Hwy 74c Crescent, Ok, 73028.
POSSESSION:
After the animal is sold, they will be available to load out after Jan 11th, 2024. It will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained until payment is made.
CERTIFICATION: a
A certificate of registration will be furnished to the purchaser on each registered lot in the sale. A TLBAA birth record will be provided for weanling calves, and it will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to name, brand and register these calves.
PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the available pedigrees of the animals.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after payment is received. All cattle must be picked up by Sunday, Jan 29, 2024. Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute final sales. No refunds are available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense. If payment is made by credit card, there is a 4% transaction fee. Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The consignor may set a reserve bid or bid on the animals themselves.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer.
