COMMENTS: OCV’d. This colorful black-horned heifer measured
33” TTT at 12 months. She comes from a royal pedigree on the
bottom out of an own daughter of Don Julio x Tari Graves FM 49.
On the top, there’s Horseshoe J Important and her magnificent
maternal line. Her conformation is excellent, she has solid black
feet and her dam and granddam have perfect udders that will last
a lifetime. She’s well mannered and easy to work. Her right horn is
slightly asymmetrical, but not broken. She sells unexposed with a

PAYMENT:
Terms of sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to The Glendenning Fiesta Sale. No
refunds. Payment for all online purchases is due within 5 business days of sale. Payment not received by then will be processed via credit card with 4% transaction fee as well as 10% of the purchase price or $500 late fee, whichever is greater.
LIABILITY:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. The Glendenning Fiesta Sale and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss that may occur.
HEALTH TERMS:
All cattle selling will be accompanied with a valid health certificate to be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.
BIDDING:
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
ONLINE BIDDING:
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner’s expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

free and carry no guarantee.

The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by noon Sunday, May 6, 2024.

Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all announcements made from the auction block by the auctioneer,
pedigree reader, or seller on each animal that is sold. Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status,
fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer.
