HE THOUGHT HE WAS A DOG FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE TRANSITIONING TO THE PASTURE WHEN HE WAS TOO LARGE TO BE PUT IN THE TRUCK AND RIDE IN THE BACKSEAT! CUTEST MEMORIES OF GRAND KIDS RUNNING WITH HIM AND PLAYING. NOW THAT REALITY HIT HOME, HE COULD BE YOUR PASTURE PET, YOUR BUDDY OR JUST A PRETTY FACE IN THE HERD. WE RAISE LONGHORN BEEF, SO IF WE WANTED HIM AS BEEF WE WOULD BE PROCESSING HIM SO HOPE YOU WILL GIVE HIM A HOME FOR A LIFETIME. HE DOES HAVE A SMALL END OF ONE HORN THAT IS TIPPED THAT HE RECEIVED WHEN MOVING HIM BACK TO OKARCHE THAT IS ABOUT 3-4 INCHES IN LENGTH BUT SHOULDN'T BE A WORRY. HE WOULD LOVE TO BE YOUR FRIEND!!

The Splitting the Sheets Longhorn Sale and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss that may occur.
HEALTH:
Bidders should consider individual state requirements before purchasing. Breeder guarantees are strictly between the seller and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.

Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve. Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the buyers expense.
BIDDING DISPUTES:
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

POSSESSION:
After the animal is sold they will be available to load out after July 1st, 2024, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by until payment is made.
CERTIFICATION:
A certificate of registration will be furnished to the purchaser on each registered lot in the sale. A TLBAA birth record will be provided for weanling calves, and it will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to name, brand and register these calves.
PEDIGREES:
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals available.
CONTRACT:
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold. No cattle may be loaded up until after payment is received. All cattle must be picked up by Sunday, July 14, 2024. Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense. If payment is made by credit card there is a 4% transaction fee.Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The consignor may set a reserve bid or bid on the animals themselves.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY:
Buyers should acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeder status, fertility, and health papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulations for transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By doing so, a buyer can save himself many problems and also enable himself to be more competent and qualified buyer.
