Breeding: Exposed to KCCI Chromed from 7/2/20 to 10/8/20; Night Life BCB 12/15/20 to 2/15/21.
Comments: OCV’d. We bought this cow as a heifer and she’s done everything we’ve wanted for. She’s quiet, calm, and easy going. She’s sired by the big Butler influenced bull of Loomis’ with Farlap Chex and the great Night Safari cow. On the bottom side you have Peach Brandy ST, making Peach Berry a half sister to the $40,000 FL Brandy’s Beauty that sold at the Bluegrass Sale. Peach Berry was blood tested bred on 11/5/20 to our big brindle Millennium Futurity winning KCCI Chromed, sired by Cowboy Catchit Chex and out of 90” TTT KCCI Rio Fancy, who’s out of 90” TTT KCCI Outback Fancy. She’ll be blood tested again prior to the sale.

BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve bid or bid on the animal themselves.
BIDDING DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are to be made payable to Hudson-Valentine Sale.
POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by buyer until payment is made.
CERTIFICATES: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, excluding calves at side. Please provide name, address and the association of your choice when checking out.
HEALTH: Individual state requirements should be considered by bidders before purchasing. The cattle have been tested for Tuberculosis, Bangs Disease and Johnes within 30 days of the sale date. A health certificate will be furnished.
NOTICE: The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
PEDIGREES: The information on the pedigrees of the animals announced has been furnished by the seller.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements from the auction block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog.
LIABILITY: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Sale manager and anyone connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that may occur.
CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
PURCHASER'S RISK: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as it is sold, but will not be delivered until a settlement is made.
