BREEDING: Exposed to WS Elevation from 9/01/2019 to 2/14/2020 and again exposed to WS Elevation from 5/01/2020 to sale date.
COMMENTS: OCV’d. 4T Kenzi is a large- framed female of whom it hurts to let go. She had a stellar show career as a young female and passes on her wonderful conformation to her offspring. We are retaining her JBR Eclipse heifer as her replacement. She should be calving around sale time to WS Elevation (Cowboy Up Chex x WS Sun Star). Kenzi’s pedigree consists of JP Rio Grande, 3X Gunman and a 3/4 sister to Delta Tarinne of the magnificent four in the Loomis program from the 2000’s. Her maternal grand dam is a full sister to J.R. Grand Slam, the sire of JP Rio Grande.

BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
BIDDING DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are to be made payable to Bruce McCarty Promotions.
POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by buyer until payment is made.
CERTIFICATIONS: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side. Please provide name, address and teh associations of your choice when checking out.
HEALTH: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, Bangs disease within 30 days of the sale date. A health certificate will be furnished.
GUARANTEE: All breeders guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.

PEDIGREES: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigree of the animals announced.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements from the auction block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog. All cattle will be sold by lot numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
