COMMENTS: OCV'd. 2NR Conspiracy Theory is the combination of some powerful genetics. She's a beautiful red and white paint out of a more than 100" TH mama, Ringman's Conspiracy BCB, combined with a mid-80"s Clear Point son, Point Taken. Her horns have a slight twist starting on the tips already as well, an early characteristic of Point Taken calves. She was already over 40" TTT (40.250 on 11/18) at 16 mos. and putting on nearly 3" per month. The genetics are there, I've loaded the gun, now it's time for YOU to squeeze the trigger.

Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The consignor may set a reserve bid or bid on the animals themselves.
Bidding Disputes: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
Terms: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to the Texoma Spring Sale.
Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by until payment is made.
Certification: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, including calves at side. Please provide name, address and the association of your choice when checking out.
Health: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, Bangs disease within 30 days of the sale date. A health certificate will be furnished.
Guarantee: All Breeders guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves are given to the purchaser free with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.

Pedigrees: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced.
Announcements: Announcements from the auctioneer block shall take precedence over information printed in the catalog. All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Texoma Spring Sale nor their representatives nor the Red River Auction Facility nor Bruce McCarty Promotions and anyone else connected with the sale assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident or loss of life that may occur.
Contract: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
