Bidding and Contract
All bidding, whether online or in person, is restricted to registered bidders only. Only registered bidders are eligible to place bids.
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The consignor may set a reserve bid.
All bids, whether placed online prior to the sale or during the live auction, constitute a legally binding contract to purchase the lot.
The highest bid at or above the reserve price at the fall of the hammer will be deemed the winning bid.
The winning bidder must sign a purchase agreement immediately following the auction.
The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
Starting Bid and Reserve Price
Each lot will have a starting bid announced by the auctioneer.
A reserve price will be set for each lot, which is the minimum price the seller is willing to accept.
Bidding Process
Bidding will proceed in increments determined by the auctioneer and announced before bidding begins.
Bidders must raise their paddles or signal the auctioneer to place a bid.
Online bidding is accepted and facilitated through the auction platform. Online bidders must register and be approved before the auction.
The auctioneer will acknowledge and confirm each bid before moving to the next increment.
Seller’s Right to Bid
The seller reserves the right to have the auctioneer place bids on their behalf up to the reserve price.
The auctioneer will place bids for the seller in strict increments as announced before the bidding begins.
The auctioneer cannot place consecutive bids on behalf of the seller. They must wait for at least one other bid to be placed before placing
another bid for the seller.
When dissolving, or marketing partnership animals, owners within a partnership are permitted to bid on lot to form new partnership.
Disputes
In case of any disputes between bidders, the auctioneer has the final authority to resolve the issue, which may include reopening the bidding
between the disputing parties.
All decisions made by the auctioneer are final.
Auction Conduct
The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid or bidder at their discretion.
Any form of collusion or attempt to artificially inflate bids is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the auction.
Online Bidding
Online Bidding is provided by Hired Hand Live.
Online bidders must register and be approved prior to the auction.
Online bids are binding and subject to the same terms and conditions as in-person bids.
The auction house will provide technical support for online bidding, but is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent a bid from being placed or acknowledged.
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense. If payment is made by credit card there is a 4% transaction fee.
Bidding Disputes
The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.

Certification
A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at side.

Health
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted.
The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, & Brucellosis.
A health certificate will be furnished.
Guarantee
All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale.
All calves are given to the purchaser free and with no guarantees.
The purchaser must look to the seller for the fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
The auctioneer offers no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied with respect to the health, condition, or pedigree of any
animal sold.
Pedigrees
The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced, and shall be furnished to the purchaser upon payment.
Announcements
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed material in the sale catalog or any sale advertising.
All cattle will be sold by lot-numbers, as announced by the auctioneer.
Liability
By attending this auction, each attendee waives any and all causes of action and assumes all risk of loss.
Post-Auction Procedure
Unsold lots will be dealt with at the discretion of the seller.
The auction house may assist in post-auction negotiations if required.
